@linusandamy outro from “Stay A While.” It was released on our first EP entitled “unhinged” in 2013. Linus (@panic.techno ) and I had so much fun experimenting with sounds and writing this little EP. I love that we were able to convey so much emotion on a techno track, lol. My brother, Philip, did the string arrangement, completely capturing this delicate moment.

Fooling around with “Alter Ego” on the Rhodes

Fooling around with “Alter Ego” on the Rhodes and my newly fixed and awesome-sounding Fender Twin Reverb II. This track was recorded live late one night, as an 8 min improvisation, with my Roland JX3p looping a hypnotic bass arpeggio. To this day, it’s one of my favorite tracks on the album, and particularly enjoyed playing it live with the added guitar textures from @iambadtooth.

The lyrics for “Clouds” were inspired by a tragic loss. Despite the grief, I realized that I was also able to hold space for hope and love.

“Ashes Remix EP” is out today (you can hear it on @bandcamp or wherever you listen to music [link in bio])!

Here’s a super slick interpretation of my Spanish track “Come With Me” by @gidonschocken, a Tel Aviv-based electronic producer and musician.

Inspired by the vocals, Gidon decided to focus on certain lyrics and have them repeat throughout the track, creating a spacious canvas around the vocals.

The remix was mixed by Matt Foster and mastered by Jeff Lipton and Maria Rice at @peerlessmastering

I’m so excited to share “Clouds” (Kris Passion Remix) today in anticipation of my “Ashes Remix EP” release next Friday, 11.5.21.

@krispersson ak.a. @krispassionofficial is an incredibly talented drummer and musician, producer, and dear friend. He played drums on my album “Ashes” and tours with pop artists like @gunnargehl. I love this dance remix so much; it’s been on repeat on my family’s dance party playlist for months. I hope you guys love it as much as I do. I strongly suggest to pump up the volume on this one.
